I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing telehealth services in the state of Iowa. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in December of 2022.

I specialize in treating anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, women’s mental health issues, and I find particular passion in working with perinatal issues and the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach entails an assortment of modalities, catered to each individual client, and is typically centered around psychodynamic, person-centered, CBT, and IFS theories.

I value the uniqueness of the individual and work to create a genuine, accepting and comfortable space for clients to express in. I am here to work with you to address barriers and foster a better understanding of the self. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog, and can often be found exploring state parks and local antique shops.
